Planned Giving

From its humble beginnings, Colorado Health Network has become the largest AIDS service organization in the Rocky Mountain Region. Since 1983, CHN has directly served more than three quarters of the men, women and children living with HIV/AIDS in the state of Colorado.

The Julian Rush Society was created to honor and recognize those who remember CHN in their estate plans. There are many ways to do this. Some have named CHN in their wills. Others have named CHN as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy, IRA, or charitable trust. A variety of options exist.

To learn more about becoming a member of the Julian Rush Society, please contact Richard Blair, Chief Development and Operations Officer, at 303.837.0166 ext. 316.

A planned gift can be the perfect way to provide future support to Colorado Health Network. Gifts of all sizes are welcome, and every gift enables us to work towards ending this disease.
