Our Services| Financial Assistance

The first step in securing financial support from CAP is to talk to a CAP Case Manager, who helps clients discover options and links to community resources. In addition, CAP may extend support for emergency and urgent situations. CAP offers transportation assistance, primarily in the form of bus tokens, to clients who qualify.

When meeting with a case manager to talk about financial assistance, please bring:

  • Proof of income, if any
  • Proof of residence - driver's license, lease or bill
  • Proof of expense CAP is covering
  • Other household or personal bills

Case Managers will work closely with clients to help establish an overall strategy to receive services. CAP also can assist clients with questions and financial requirements around health insurance.

To reach a CAP Case Manager, call 303-837-0166 ext.482 or email here.
